How does the cutout stand?
Cardboard and Foamcore cutouts come with an easel attached for quick setup. Coroplast cutouts require easels be attached prior to display
Can I cancel my order?
Cancel requests can be placed at anytime during the order production process. But your refund depends on which point of the process you are at.
Orders canceled within 24 hours that have not been processed will receive a full refund. All orders canceled after the 24hour window or once they have been processed and work has not been started, will be refunded, minus a $5 or a 5% fee whichever is greater.

What is your return policy?
Due to the fact that each order is custom, we do not accept returns. In the event that there is a manufacturing defect, we must be notified within 24 hours of the delivery. Defects will be addressed at our discretion with a reprint, store credit, or refund. Damage due to shipping does not constitute as a production defect and are submitted to shipping company for reimbursement.
How long does it take for more than one cutout?
We have a speedy production schedule, and for some large order requests, we may need additional time to process and manufacture these orders. Our standard next business day production time, it is a best effort policy.
What if My Shipment is Lost?
In the event of a lost shipment, a replacement will be sent after the investigation period set by the shipping company. If the customer cannot wait for this period of time to pass, a temporary payment or hold may be made similar to an advanced rma procedure.

What is a Custom Cutout?
We print your photo directly to the material you choose — cardboard, foamcore, or coroplast — using high-quality, vibrant colors and image resolution. Custom cutouts are then precisely contour cut to create the most realistic appearance. They’re resistant to scratches, abrasions, moisture, and even sunlight, making them ideal for high-traffic areas like stores, theaters, offices, and more.
Available Materials
Cardboard
Our standard material is white-washed cardboard for true-to-color printing. Corrugated along the height for added strength, it's the most economical option.
Foamcore
Foamcore eliminates ripple effects by replacing the corrugation with a solid foam center. It offers the best print quality but is delicate and best for display-only use.
Coroplast
Our most durable option, Coroplast is waterproof and perfect for outdoor use or heavy interaction. It's strong and long-lasting, but the corrugation may be visible through the print.

WHAT ARE SHELF BUDDIES?
Shelf Buddies are digitally HD printed acrylic sheets, laser cut reproductions of your favorite photo.
They come in two sizes: 8" and 12", scaled to the larger dimension (height or width).
8" Shelf Buddies are $36.95, while 12" versions are generally $42.95.
Printed directly to 3/16" acrylic using UV curing technology, then laser cut for smooth edges.
Each one is ready for display — no assembly required — with a standard 5 business day production time.

SHIPPING
How is a cutout shipped?
Cutouts are delivered scored and tri-folded in one flat package, unless multiple items are ordered. All shipping prices shown are directly from FedEx. Any item exceeding 165 inches in girth may be shipped via common carrier and charged at least $125 for shipping.
What Type of Shipping do you Offer?
Currently, we use FedEx Standard Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Shipping methods to transport our cutouts. Please choose the shipping method carefully as we cannot change it once the package has left our facility.
Do you ship Internationally?
No.
Can I Use my own Shipping Account?
Of course, but if it is not through FedEx or FedEx Freight, there may be a pickup charge.
My cutout was delivered cracked or damaged, what do I do?
If your cutout is lost or broken, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery time. Keep all damaged product and packaging — FedEx may pick up the damaged item. Photo proof of damages may be required to expedite the claim process. Without the original item and packaging, we cannot file a claim, and refunds or reissues will not be granted. All losses or damages reported outside the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a claim.
I didn't get my cutout on time. What do I do?
At times, production volume may be high and there may be delays in the production of your item(s). If there are machine breakdowns or unexpected issues, customers will be notified of any delays that affect delivery estimates and offered alternate options when possible. In the event of weather delays, we are not responsible for acts of God, and such delays are not covered by the shipping company. We will make every reasonable effort to reach a fair solution and satisfy our customers' needs.
I am ordering a lot of items and want to see a proof?
Digital proofs are available free of charge upon request. Pre-production proof samples can also be created upon request. In time-sensitive situations, a physical pre-production proof may not be feasible. Customers are required to sign off on all proofs via email, fax, or in person before production begins.

What is the production time?
Production time is 1 business day* from proof approval. Shipping time ranges from 1–7 business days depending on your location. Production begins once the order is complete — that includes the order, payment, and proof-approved photo. If you need faster turnaround or a guaranteed delivery date, select a rush production option and expedited shipping.
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is 1 business day* from proof approval. Shipping is an additional 1–7 business days. Production begins only after all parts of the order are complete. For rush jobs or guaranteed timelines, upgrade production and shipping at checkout.
*Delays may occur due to high order volume, equipment issues, raw material shortages, or shipping delays. We do not guarantee production times unless the rush production option is selected. Free shipping is not guaranteed. Bulk orders are excluded from 1-day production time.
Example: If FedEx estimates 2 days from NYC to DC, but delivery takes 2 weeks, that’s still considered an on-time ground shipment. Only expedited services like Next Day Air, 2-Day, or 3-Day Select are guaranteed by FedEx. If those are delayed, only the shipping cost is refunded — not the product value. Plan accordingly for time-sensitive orders.
Products and Score Lines
All cardboard cutouts over 3 feet will include horizontal score lines to allow folding for shipping.
I need my cutout ASAP. Can you hurry?
Yes! Use our STOP THE PRESS option — same day ship for orders placed and approved before 1PM EST.
Do you fix photos?
Basic red-eye repair is included. For more complex edits like removing people, adding limbs, or significant retouching, a $25 per half-hour art fee applies.
